Chet has been in love with technology and live events his entire life. Ten years of nationwide field work as a networking technician installing and troubleshooting computer rentals and AV gear for trade shows. Then another ten years of AV sales, management, and drafting experience upon moving to Las Vegas.

He was introduced to high-end production working as Manager of Event Operations at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino where he touched his first lighting console and mentored under the tutelage of Aurora Creative's Adam Ogden. Now with over two decades of live event and creative production expertise Elite Lighting Design, LLC has officially launched.

Combining lighting design and programming for corporate conferences, meetings, galas, trade show booths, bands, djs, fashion shows, auctions, and studios, Elite Lighting Design, LLC's passion is helping meeting professionals worldwide deliver more dynamic and impactful experiences at their live events.
